When I first came to Dr. Maro I was afraid because of my other dentist. I love Dr. Maro and everyone at his office. The new office is very cool. I was not brushing properly and had two cavities in my baby teeth. Dr. Maro decided to pull my teeth, and I was really scared. But it was fine! When I walked into Dr. Maro’s office for the first time I was a little nervous -- it had been over 2 years since I had seen a dentist because I did not have dental insurance. However, I was not having any pain or problems, this appointment was just a cleaning and check-up. Dr. Maro and his staff put me at ease, telling me stories of people not coming to see a dentist for 5, 10, 15 years for various reasons so my 2 years did not seem so bad… I still do not have dental insurance but come in bi-annually to have my teeth/gums checked and cleaned. The hygienist goes over all the preventative measures I should be taking to avoid any or larger problems in the future. As I tell my children, “after their baby teeth are gone, this 2nd set of teeth is all we have for the rest of our lives”. My son was 4 years old when he started going to see Dr. Maro, he is now 8 and we set up dual appointments, it’s great! My son goes right in to his appointment on his own, while I’m having my check-up/cleaning. We come out together with a nice, bright, white, smile!

I've been to many dentists over the years and had extensive work done and somewhat feel like the expert patient. When it comes to the many dentists I have seen in the past, I don't have many positive things to say until now. Dr. Maro is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. In the medical and dental field it is rare to find a whole team of individuals that truly care about you as a person not just a patient. Dr. Lou Maro and the Team from day one treated me like I was part of their dental family not just another patient in the chair. The doctor always listens to my dental concerns and because I had extensive work to do they worked a plan to fit my financial needs. I am pretty particular on finding the ‘best in the field’ because of the extensive treatment I needed so after much asking around and research I was led to this office and I have to say it was the best dental decision I have made…. EVER. What is even more impressive is that I now bring my kids who need less dental work although they are treated the same way so if you have major dental needs or just a simple cleaning this office does not miss a heartbeat. Ask yourself what is in a name? Dental is an obvious part, but "Design" Is not so obvious. There is art involved in design and Dr. Prade and his staff are skilled artists. Along with that skill, these folks bring a full measure of courtesy, compassion for the patient and above all knowledge of what is best for the patient.
